Didn’t fit? No worries! You can exchange it for a different size.

Changed your mind? It’s okay! Swap it for another color.

Plus, your exchanges come with complimentary shipping!

Full price bras, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and in the original package are eligible for exchange or returns within 30 days of placing the order.

Due to the delicate nature of undergarments we do not accept return or exchanges of panties, once bought they are yours forever ;)

Allow 10 business days after we receive your package to process your exchange or return.

All returns will be issued to the original form of payment.

Things to note:

Original shipping charge is NOT refundable.

Sales items are eligible for exchange only. Final Sales items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Cloud and Butter reserved the right to consider if an item is eligible for exchange or return.
